These assessments will give you a perspective on how others perceive you and about your personality traits. What is included: 

360 interview-based assessment 

I will interview 6-8 people (e.g., yourself, manager, peers, direct reports, significant other, friends) to learn about your strengths and development areas. Each interview will take 20-30 min.

Personality assessment

You will complete a personality assessment and learn about your natural inclination - things that will accelerate your journey and those that might make your journey harder. 

Custom report 

I will create a custom report with top strengths and development areas. 

Debrief 

We will debrief the report together and decide on your focus areas.

Note: This can also be an add-on to a coaching engagement.
