Possibility Thinking at Work

~ An Intensive Group Coaching Program ~

A possibility thinker is someone who does not accept “it is what it is” as an answer. A possibility thinker sees possibilities within themselves, in their relationships, and in how they get things done.

In this 10-week group coaching program, you'll learn practical ways to think, make decisions, navigate relationships, and approach challenges differently so you can create more agency and see possibilities where you are.

This program is for capable professionals who look good on paper but still dread work. You might not have to change jobs to change your experience of work.

Next cohort starts February 4, 2027.

You may not need a new job. You may need more options for how you act in your current job.

This program is right for you if…

1. You want to get ahead but something is holding you back.

  • You deliver results but aren’t seen as leadership material.
  • You wonder why some people seem to get opportunities more easily than others.
  • You want to make your contributions more visible without becoming someone you’re not.

2. You’re tired of feeling stuck or overwhelmed.

  • You face constant change and are tired of constantly adapting.
  • You experience more frustration and stress at work than you’d like.
  • You’ve hit a wall on a project and can’t see a way forward.

3. You have ideas, but getting things done is harder than it should be.

  • You’re sitting on a big idea but can’t get the buy-in or traction you need.
  • You need to influence people you don’t manage.
  • You want to build relationships that open doors to new opportunities.

4. You suspect there are better ways to work but you’re not sure what they are.

  • You want to network more strategically, not just more.
  • You want to use your strengths more effectively and manage your blind spots.
  • You’re ready to stop accepting “it is what it is” and start exploring other possibilities.

What you’ll come away with…

Greater confidence in how you navigate your work.

  • Practical ways to navigate change with greater resilience and less stress.
  • A stronger case for your next promotion or performance conversation.
  • A better understanding of your strengths, derailers, and how to manage both under pressure.

More options for getting the results you want.

  • New approaches to getting buy-in for an idea or project.
  • Strategies for influencing people you don’t manage and building relationships that get your name mentioned in rooms you’re not in.
  • Practical ways to use AI to generate and pressure-test possibilities before you commit to a course of action.

A plan to put your possibilities into practice.

  • Tools and strategies from my upcoming book, Possibility Thinking at Work (Routledge, Fall 2027), applied to your everyday work.
  • A personalized 90-day action plan.
  • A peer group to keep you accountable as you put what you learn into practice.

Have a better work experience. Become a Possibility Thinker!

What is included:

10 live sessions, 90 min each

Each weekly live Zoom session blends teaching, individual and group activities, laser coaching, and Q&A.

Community and accountability groups

You’ll discover you’re not alone. One benefit of a group program is connecting with professionals facing the same questions and challenges. Learn together, share perspectives, hold each other accountable, and build relationships that can last beyond the program.

Weekly pre- and post- assignments

Because real change doesn't happen in one workshop, you will have access to additional resources to deepen your learning and activities to help you integrate what you’re learning into your daily moments.

Recordings of every session

No worries if you have to miss part or all of a live session. You’ll have access to all session recordings to watch and rewatch if you want to revisit the work.

Stop dreading your workdays. Become better at who you are & what you do.

What did the past participants say?

This program was very useful because it helped me gain clarity about my goals and how to move forward with confidence. My main takeaway is the importance of mindset and aligning my actions with my values. I learned practical tools to reframe limiting thoughts, stay focused, and build stronger connections. I will now be more intentional, set clear milestones, and take bold steps toward my objectives.

Irina helped me bring together various aspects of myself that once felt like scattered initiatives, shaping them into a cohesive brand that now serves as a meaningful umbrella for my diverse interests. Through insightful and challenging questions, Irina encouraged me to step outside my comfort zone and explore my ideas more deeply. Most importantly, she guided me from thinking to action, from planning to actually doing, which is essential for making real progress.

I found your workshop excellent: the format, content, and interaction dynamics were highly impactful.

You are unapologetically direct, and having a coach who challenges me to dig deeper and go beyond my comfort zone was not easy, but much needed. Now I take the same ethos and apply it more often. It's helped strike a balance, where I can be tough on myself without becoming self-deprecating.
