Most coaching engagements last 3–6 months. We meet as often as makes sense for your goals and pace, typically weekly or biweekly, with flexibility when you need it.

A radical career change takes more than deciding what you want to do next. It takes exploration, experimentation, and a willingness to question what you thought was possible. I’ll help you explore your possibilities, test promising directions, make decisions, and turn your chosen path into a practical plan.

This self-paced course gives you a structured way to explore whether a radical career change is right for you, identify possibilities, research your options, and start turning an idea into a plan.

You’ll get the tools and structure I use with my 1:1 clients and you’ll work through the process at your own pace.
