Workshops

I don't believe in traditional training. I am a certified trainer, and I can tell you that traditional training does not work.

Training is destined not to work, and that is all the brain's fault. The brain needs hands-on practice, repetition, reinforcement, and application to consolidate new learning.

What to know about my workshops:

  • The participants do exercises, engage in immediate actions, learn from their peers, role-play, and have takeaways to implement post-session.
  • We create space for meaningful conversations and personal reflection.
  • Duration: 90-minute to 120-minute facilitated in person or online.
  • Multiple workshops can be combined in a holistic program.

Together, we’ll craft workshops tailored to your unique needs, aligning with your vision and setting your teams up for lasting change.

Testimonials

"That was awesome!! The conversation was entertaining and engaging. This group is more introverted, but you were very skillful in keeping them engaged despite their tendency to be quiet. Your style is compelling and drew the group in. I enjoyed watching you work skillfully with them despite this challenge. It was particularly impressive given that you were on Zoom!"

Duke University

"I really appreciated the talk you gave for UConn today. This was fantastic and gave us a lot to think about. I liked that you formatted this as a conversation and shared your opinion and allowed students to share their opinions as well. I think it's great how you demonstrated that these are your personal pros/cons and that students might have different ones. I feel like there is much to be learned from your journey! We so appreciate you taking the time to speak with us!"

University of Connecticut

"I love the focus on values and getting students to dig deep and define their values that are important to them."

University of Alabama

"It was a true pleasure meeting you at the Table for 10 end of program celebrations! The activities that you engaged us in have significantly inspired me to take crucial steps forward in owning my growth and taking action!"
