Career transition is not a straight path toward some predetermined identity, but a crooked journey along which we try on a host of “possible selves” we might become. Whether as a daydream or a spoken desire, nearly all of us have long to make that leap into the unknown. If you want to move into action, I am here to help you make the first steps and keep you accountable. 

How can I support you? 

During our career coaching sessions, we will work to craft your personal brand, polish your skills, and experiment with new ways of thinking and doing. We will explore what can help you reach your goals, what holds you back, and what motivates you. I will support you clarify your sense of purpose and develop a clear career path to accelerate your success.

Our sessions will be designed based on your unique needs and timed based on how far and how fast you want to go. Here are some topics we might explore during our coaching session: 

• Clarify your career path – We will use a combination of diagnostic tools, readings, and reflections to clarify your talents, skills, and passions. Then we will identify the type of careers and jobs that will fit you the best. 
• Resume, LinkedIn, and the application process – We will create one or multiple resumes. You will get a better understanding and a realistic preview of your job possibilities by using and expanding your network. 
• Interview preparation – We will role-play a variety of interview questions and set you up for success so the world can see the value you bring.
